On Sunday, February 14th, I will be
flying to Brussels, to begin a two week tour in Belgium and the
Netherlands. This is going to be a wonderful combination of violin
playing, leading worship with my team, doing lots of soaking, and
sharing the vision of
Awakening
On Thursday evening, February 18th I will be performing a recital in Verviers, Belgium with my dear friend Margaret Scott ( Margie Todd). When I was a student studying the violin in Paris, ( so many years ago!!) I lived for one year with Margie, her husband Julian and their one year old son Nicholas. It was a wonderful year, and we played many concerts together in their rambling home in St. Germain -en-Laye. My year in Paris was so much the richer because of their friendship, and the happy music making! Margie and I will be playing a concert of beautiful romantic music for the violin and piano by Dvorak, Bartok and Franck. The setting will be glorious, and the cause is certainly very worthwhile, as we raise money for a hospital in the Congo. Those of you living in Belgium, or even in nearby Netherlands, please come! More details ...
Beginning on Friday night, February 19th, I and my team ( Crosbie, Wilma, Johnny, Martin, Becky and Sharon) will be in Brussels for a conference entitled 'Awakening' . I think there will be all kinds of 'awakenings' that will take place, but I will certainly have the opportunity to not only lead worship but also to speak. On Monday, February 22nd, we launch into what is going to be a very interesting and wonderful conference in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Don Finto from the US, and David Rudolf from Cyprus will be teaching, with the focus on 'Israel, the elder brother' . Both Don and David are skilled and anointed communicators of God's heart for Israel. I'm looking forward to this very much, and and grateful to Jan Tissink and his team, who are enabling this to take place. I will also have the opportunity to share the Awakening vision. Friday, February 26th begins a conference in Aalsmeer ( near Amsterdam) with our dear friend Ian Ross. I will be leading each evening, both speaking and worship. On Sunday afternoon, February 28th, we will lead worship at a meeting for TRIN....a wonderfully vibrant ministry. This will be our last stop, before heading home on March 1st. All the details of these meetings are on the itinerary page.
